Combined with bio-based polyol, FH-60450 polyol is a glycerine initiated homopolymer polyether triol with a molecular weight of 450 for multi-purpose usage in rigid coating, casting and adhesive applications. It is also used in rigid foams.
FH-60450 polyol offers a balanced combination of viscosity and OH number which enables its use as main component in formulations for rigid foamed and non foamed applications.

Safety considerations
Most FH series polyols generally present no significant hazard in use when simple precautions are followed. However, some FH series polyols are hazardous and before working with these systems it is necessary to understand the hazards involved in handling all of the components and to establish and follow safe work procedures. Material Safety Data Sheets, product literature and safe handling and storage information are available for the polyurethane components supplied by Hug Chem. Recommendations for handling, storage and disposal of any ingredient not furnished by Hug Chem should be acquired from the supplier.
Storage and Packaging
FH-60450 polyol is slightly hygroscopic and may absorb water. Containers should be kept tightly closed and protected from contamination with moisture and foreign materials, which can adversely affect processing. This product can become quite viscous at low temperatures. For ease of handling, storage temperatures between 15°C (59°F) and 60°C (140°F) are recommended.
The shelf life is twelve months after receipt of material by customer, when stored in sealed original containers under conditions stated above.
