In potting adhesive applications, FH-60300 polyol plays a crucial role. Its unique chemical composition and properties enable it to form a stable matrix when cured, providing protection and insulation to electronic components and other sensitive parts. The low viscosity of the polyol ensures easy pouring and filling of intricate spaces, ensuring complete encapsulation.
As a binder, FH-60300 polyol effectively holds together various materials. It forms strong bonds that contribute to the structural integrity of the final product. Whether used in composite materials or other industrial products, it helps maintain the cohesion of different components under various conditions.
Most FH series polyols, including FH-60300 polyol, generally do not present significant hazards when used with simple precautions. However, some FH series polyols may have hazardous properties. Before working with these systems, it is essential to understand the hazards associated with all components and establish and follow safe work procedures. HUG CHEM provides Material Safety Data Sheets, product literature, and safe handling and storage information for the polyurethane components it supplies. For any ingredient not furnished by HUG CHEM, recommendations for handling, storage, and disposal should be obtained from the respective supplier.
The shelf life of FH-60300 polyol is twelve months from the date the customer receives the material, provided it is stored in sealed original containers under the aforementioned conditions. It is available in 200kg non-returnable steel drums and 1000kg IBC tanks made from HWHDPE.
